Step 1:

Put about 3 full tablespoons of the cooked cream mass on the top cake and distribute it evenly, but with a more relief layer. You can make patterns with a fork or a cream nozzle. You can leave simple grooves or walk with a spoon, see for yourself.

Chop the waffle cake trimmings with a blender or otherwise and sprinkle them on top of the assembled cake. If you prefer a cream pattern on the surface, you can not sprinkle the cake with crumbs. Put the cake pan in the freezer for 5 hours.
