Step-by-step cooking
1. Beat the cream with sugar (40 gr.) to stable peaks.
2. Beat Mascarpone with 100 gr. sugar, add whipped cream and beat at low speed of the mixer until the masses are combined.
3. 150 gr. strawberries grind with a blender with 60 gr. sugar to a puree state.
4. Cover the form for a log or any other with plastic wrap or insert a hard file.
5. Put the cheese and cream cream on the bottom of the mold, smooth it out, making a "bed", put the cookies smeared with strawberry puree (2.5 pcs) on the cream in the middle. Put a part of the cream on top and smooth it out, put the cookies smeared with strawberry puree (5 pcs.) on top again in two rows along the entire length. Put the remains of the cream on top, and put the greased mashed cookies on top of the cream, completely covering the entire surface of the cream.
Put the dessert form in the freezer for 30 minutes. After we take out the dessert form, using the edges we pull the dessert out of the mold and carefully turn it onto the dish. Put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Decorate with cocoa and sliced strawberries in half, and serve to the table.
Then cut the strawberry tiramisu with mascarpone into portions and serve.
