Cooking method

Cooking time: 4 h 45 min

Boil carrots and potatoes in advance. In a separate saucepan - eggs. Everything is cooled and cleaned.

It is better to use a grater that is not very large, medium. You also need to prepare 6 small bowls in advance, in which we will put the salad ingredients so that they do not mix with each other.

So, three potatoes, carrots, melted cheese, egg whites. We put everything in bowls.

Peel and finely chop the onion, put it in a separate bowl. We spread the fish and knead it a little with a fork (also in our bowl).

We collect the salad, smearing each layer with mayonnaise, in this order:

1 - canned fish

2 - grated proteins

3 - carrots

4 - bow

5 - melted cheese

6 - potatoes

The finished salad is smeared with mayonnaise on top and "mimozoziruem" :)) that is, three yolks on a fine grater to make it look like mimosa. We put the salad in the refrigerator for three hours (or even overnight).

We serve our mimosa to the table and enjoy!
