Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Kiwi can be replaced with any other fruit you like according to your taste. We take the products according to the list. I have a white baguette. You can take ordinary white or black bread, but the baguette still looks more presentable and is just cut into oval slices.
Step 2:
Cut the baguette into slices of medium thickness. The main thing is that it does not crumble. Spread the pieces on a dry frying pan and fry first on one side until a golden crisp is formed.
Step 3:
Turn over and fry on the other side until the same signs. You can dry the blanks in a toaster or bake them in a grill pan, then they form characteristic brown stripes.
Step 4:
Peel the garlic, pass it through a presser and mix it with mayonnaise. Take mayonnaise with a good fat content (50 or 67%) and a good taste that will not spoil the sandwiches.
Step 5:
Peel the kiwi (cut it as thin as possible, for this we take a sharp knife with a thin blade) and cut into thin circles. Kiwis should be taken not over-ripe, so that they remain whole and neat when sliced.
Step 6:
With the resulting mixture of garlic and mayonnaise, we spread our toast with a thin and even layer. We put a piece of kiwi on the spread sandwiches.
Step 7:
We put the sandwiches on a flat dish or tray and serve them to the table. Enjoy your meal!
A very pleasant and not quite familiar combination of taste, which I had never suspected before. It's good that my friend on her birthday told me how to make sandwiches with kiwi and garlic. It was there that I tried them for the first time and immediately fell in love with them, so to speak. Since then, no celebration has been complete in my house without them. Sandwiches with kiwi and garlic spread are very easy and quick to prepare, I just love such easy recipes that even a child can handle. It's not for nothing that my children always help me with this. These wonderful toasts look great on the festive table because of the bright colors of kiwi. An ideal option for a buffet.
