Step 1:
Ingredients. In addition to the products, we need skewers - 4 pieces. If the bananas are long, it is better to take 6 skewers.
Step 2:
Cut bananas in half or into 3 pieces if they are long.

Peel bananas.
Step 4:
And put them on skewers. We put them on a board or plate and put them in the refrigerator or freezer so that they attach well to the skewers.
Step 5:
Chop the chocolate.
Step 6:
Put 70% of the chocolate in a saucepan.
Step 7:
Put on a water bath and, stirring constantly, drown.
Step 8:
When the chocolate has become homogeneous, remove from the bath and add the remaining chocolate to it.
Step 9:
Stir until completely dissolved.
Step 10:
In the previous steps, we conducted chocolate tempering. Cooked this way, it will be shiny and crispy when it hardens. To check if this is the case, put some chocolate on a spoon and put it in the freezer. If it freezes and does not smear, then everything is correct.
Step 11:
We put the chocolate in a glass.
Step 12:
We take turns dipping bananas into it.
Step 13:
And decorate with coconut chips and colored sprinkles. We put it in the refrigerator until the chocolate solidifies.
