To prepare this dessert, you can use cottage cheese of any fat content. Choose for yourself, regarding your taste preferences.
Strawberries for filling can be taken both fresh and frozen. Only previously it will be necessary to defrost.

To prepare the strawberry filling, cut the strawberries into pieces and put them in a ladle or a small saucepan. Add a little sugar and starch. Mix everything well. If you use thawed strawberries, then do not pour out the juice formed during thawing. Add it to the strawberries, too.
Put on fire and, with constant stirring, bring to a boil. At the same time, the mass will thicken a little and become like a sauce. Cool the finished strawberry filling.

Then take the heavy cream, with a fat content of at least 33%, otherwise they will not rise. Combine the cream with powdered sugar and whisk at the maximum power of the mixer until a fluffy, stable cream.
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or mash it with a fork. If it is too dry, then dilute it by adding a small amount of milk or liquid cream.
Then mix cottage cheese and cream whipped cream with a whisk. You should get a homogeneous, lush and airy curd mass. Thanks to the addition of whipped cream, the curd cream turns out to be very tender.

Prepare the creamers for dessert.
Put a little strawberry filling on the bottom of all the cremans. Then, using a pastry bag with a nozzle, fill the cremans with cottage cheese cream. When filling, try to immerse the tip of the nozzle in strawberries. Thus, when filling with cream, the strawberry filling will rise evenly along the walls of the creamer and when eating it will be evenly caught together with the curd cream.

To decorate desserts, melt some dark chocolate and pour over the tops of all desserts. Additionally, you can decorate with cookies or fruits.

Bon appetit!
