Step-by-step cooking
Everything is being prepared very simply, even children can cope. Let's start :)
Mix powdered sugar with sour cream.
We cut gingerbread cakes about 3-4 millimeters thick, and bananas - 1-2 millimeters. By the way, if you cut the gingerbread a little thicker, it's also delicious, but the taste changes a little.
To make the nuts more fragrant, fry them in a frying pan. Then grind. I rolled it with a rolling pin, but you can use a blender, a melon or just chop it with a knife. It is important not to turn the nuts into powder.
Choose a suitable bowl. We line it with cling film.
Now the preparations are finished and you can start assembling the cake - lay out a layer of gingerbread soaked in sour cream, then a layer of bananas, then nut crumbs. Repeat the layers until the products run out. The gingerbread layer comes last.
When all the layers are laid, thoroughly tamp the cake with your hand, cover with a film and put it in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, we turn it over on a dish, remove the food film and decorate as desired.
You can enjoy! Enjoy your meal.
