My little son categorically refused to eat fresh cottage cheese! And so, trying various options, I came across a recipe for cottage cheese sweets. Therefore, I share it with you, suddenly someone is facing the same problem. And if not, then just enjoy homemade delicious sweets!

Take fine-grained cottage cheese and mix it with sour cream. For 200-250 grams, 2 or 3 teaspoons will be enough, so that the mass would not be liquid! You can beat it in a blender to get a softer and more delicate consistency if the cottage cheese is coarse-grained.
Then add powdered sugar exactly to your taste and a spoonful of cocoa powder.
Mix it all thoroughly. If the mass is too thin, add more cocoa.
1/3 chocolate bars grate on a fine grater.
From the curd mass, make candies in any shape =) Balls, bars ...) And roll them in chocolate chips.
Put the candies on a plate and put them in the refrigerator for an hour.
