Probably, every housewife has in her arsenal a quick culinary recipe for a cake that does not require baking. As a rule, the recipe is quick and simple. I want to share my version of such an easy and delicious meal. So, a delicious and light popcorn cake.
Soak gelatin in 150 ml of cold boiled water and leave for 1 hour. We heat the chocolate in a water bath (tip: add a little milk or water, otherwise the chocolate may burn). We put some popcorn aside for decoration, mix the rest with chocolate (I also recommend leaving some chocolate for decoration).
We put popcorn with chocolate in a detachable mold (I have a shape with a diameter of 26 cm). We put it in the refrigerator so that the mass freezes well. At this time, the cottage cheese is mixed with yogurt. Squeeze lemon juice into the curd mass, mix well.
Gelatin is heated in a water bath. Whisk cream with sugar. Add gelatin and cream to the curd mass, beat well.
We take a detachable mold out of the refrigerator and spread the curd mass on the frozen popcorn. Put in the refrigerator for 7-8 hours, the mass should harden well.
Decorate the finished cake with popcorn and chocolate. Enjoy your meal! =)
