Remove the peel from the orange, divide into slices. Squeeze 1 teaspoon of juice from one slice. In a shaker or a small jug, mix liqueur, vodka, juice and a strip of orange peel. Mix well.
Mix sugar and grated chocolate in a bowl. Moisten the edges of cocktail glasses with liqueur and lower the sugar-chocolate mixture. Strain the chocolate cocktail into glasses, add ice and garnish with orange slices.
