Step 1:
How to make a cake house? Rub the softened butter with a fork together with the cottage cheese. After that, add sugar, or better powdered sugar, so that it dissolves faster. Add vanilla sugar. Cut candied fruits from a variety of fruits into small pieces: pineapples, mangoes, bananas, papaya and so on. And add the candied fruit pieces to the curd mass. Stir.
Step 2:
Take a cookie (it is better that it is crumbly and tender) and spread it out on a food wrap spread on the table. Lay out five pieces in three rows. Put half of the curd mass mixed with candied fruits on top of the cookies.
Step 3:
Level the surface of the curd filling. Put another 15 pieces of cookies on top of it.
Step 4:
You can put any filling in the central row of cookies, for example, chocolate cream, boiled condensed milk, banana slices. Fold the rows of cookies into a triangle in the form of a house.
Step 5:

Step 6:
Carefully wrap the resulting sausage with the food wrap on which it lies and remove it to freeze in the refrigerator. Prepare a chocolate fudge or icing. Mix sugar with cocoa. Pour the milk into the resulting dry mixture and stir. Put the mixture on the fire and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Add the butter and stir.
Step 7:
Remove the frozen cake from the refrigerator and pour the chocolate fudge on top, evenly distributing it over the surface. Put the cake back in the refrigerator for two or three hours. When the House freezes, it can be cut into pieces and served like a regular cake.

The taste of this cake can be easily changed by simply changing the cookie variety. Also, in the curd filling, instead of candied fruits, you can put any other dried fruits, fresh fruits and berries, chocolate chips, coconut chips, and so on. The cake can be poured with sugar fudge. And instead of cottage cheese for cream, use, for example, cream cheese like mascarpone, whipped cream, sour cream with sugar.
Instead of sugar, you can use a sweetener.
