Kefir cream cheese, prepared independently according to this recipe, will be an excellent alternative to the popular Philadelphia cheese.
Kefir should be frozen and then placed frozen in a gauze bag. Therefore, take kefir in a suitable package for quick and easy extraction.
In a gauze bag, kefir must be suspended over the container so that the serum flows into it. This process is long - at least 12 hours. Be patient :)
After time has passed, remove the cream cheese from the cheesecloth into a bowl, mash with a fork. Add the powdered sugar and mix.
