Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
The ingredients we need. As chocolate, I took 100 g of milk and 50 g of black (76% cocoa), I had savoyardi cookies, but any other shortbread cookies would do. You may need more or less cherry juice, much depends on the type of cookies.
Step 2:
Melt the chocolate together with the butter.
Step 3:
In the blender bowl, grind the cookies into crumbs. Add cocoa, melted chocolate and cherry juice (it is better to add it in parts). Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 4:
We get a wet crumb. Try it, if it is well molded, then you can form sweets, and if there is little moisture, we add cherry juice or fragrant alcohol.
Step 5:
We form candies from the chocolate mass, we hide a cherry inside each (if you like sweets a la drunk cherry, then you can pour cognac or rum into the cherry in the evening). Ready-made sweets are rolled in cocoa powder. Instead of cocoa, you can use powdered sugar (who likes it sweeter) or cover with chocolate.
Step 6:
We send sweets to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 7:
Can be served. Bon appetit!
