Here I found a wonderful recipe for cooking meatballs. I'm going to cook them for the New Year. This food is called simply "Meat and vegetable meatballs", but judging by the cooking method, there will be something very tasty. So. Take a piece of beef. Cut it into small pieces. Put it through a meat grinder. Then take a head of white cabbage. Wash it and cut it into pieces, such that you can also scroll through a meat grinder. Do this and mix the cabbage with the beef. Cook the beans in a separate saucepan. You can, if you don't have time, because beans are cooked for a very long time, take canned beans. The finished beans should be kneaded like mashed potatoes. Then add the egg. After that, peel and cut the onion into cubes. Add it to the bean puree. Mix it up. Then mix everything with beef and cabbage. Leave the resulting minced meat for a while. You need to stick meatballs out of it. Roll in a mixture of flour and breadcrumbs and fry in a frying pan in vegetable or sunflower oil.Put them on a separate bowl. Fry the onion in another pan. Pour in the broth and transfer to the meatballs. Add finely chopped prunes. Close the pan with a lid and put out the meatballs for 15 minutes. These meatballs can be served with any of your favorite side dishes. Bon appetit!
