Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Take apples, preferably sweet varieties. We'll wash them thoroughly.
Step 2:
Cut the apples into slices, removing the cores and cutting out any spoiled places.
Step 3:
Then load the peeled slices into the juicer.
Step 4:
Squeeze out apple juice with a juicer.
Step 5:
Pour apple juice into a saucepan, put it on medium heat. Foam will form. It must be removed. Bring to a boil, but we will not boil. We'll bring it up to about 90 degrees. To save more vitamins. Then pour into sterilized jars and close with sterilized lids. The jars can be turned over and left in this position until they cool down.
Apple juice is always relevant. This is a quick way to fill up with vitamins and trace elements, for example, in the morning in winter. It will immediately give cheerfulness and a good mood for the whole day. It will start the digestion process before eating breakfast.
You can safely give to children and not be afraid of what is in the composition, as with juices from stores.
Drinking apple juice is also recommended for the prevention of a large number of diseases. It helps to remove slags and toxins from the body, which inevitably accumulate in the body of a modern, but special urban dweller.
And this juice is also sugar-free. Because of this, it is even more useful. It can be easily drunk by diabetics or people who have refused to use this sweetener. The juice also contains a lot of iron, so it is useful to use it for people with low iron or anemia. It is very useful for people who have lung problems or often suffer from bronchitis, as well as for those who have not yet given up such a bad habit as smoking.
About 500 ml of juice is obtained from two kilograms of apples. This of course depends on the juiciness of the apples. Maybe a little more or a little less.
To make a completely transparent juice without pulp, you will also need a sieve and a clean gauze to filter out any inclusions from the juice.
