Cooking method
1. Soak the dates for 3-6 hours in cold water, rinse the raisins.
2. Then remove the seeds from the dates. Chop the dates to the consistency of puree in a blender with a little water.
3. Combine sesame seeds, flax seeds, raisins and date puree, mix well.
4. Spread the resulting mass evenly on the substrate of an electric dryer or a silicone oven mat.
5. Dry the sesame seeds until they become crispy:
- in an electric dryer at 45 C;
- or in the oven at minimum temperature with the door ajar.
