Cooking method
1. Wash the dates, remove the stone from them. It is better to take dates so that they are soft, with sweet pulp.
2. Mix the pure seeds, almonds, raisins and sugar.
3. Peel the bananas, break them into large pieces and put them in a blender bowl.
4. Add dates to the bananas. Chop it up.
5. Cover the electric dryer tray with a sheet of parchment. Put the resulting banana-date puree on it.
6. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
7. Spread the mixture of nuts, seeds and raisins evenly.
8. Place the pallet in the dryer. Cook for 24 hours at a minimum temperature.
9. Cut the finished kozinaki into portions.
