Step-by-step cooking
Bake tartlets from ready-made puff pastry. You can make petals out of it. Or cut the mugs, then put them in molds smeared with margarine, pierce in several places and bake until golden at 180 gr.
Cut the eggplant lengthwise, pierce the half, salt, sprinkle with oil, bake for half an hour at 180 gr.
Cool, remove the pulp. Combine it with cottage cheese, bring it to a puree-like state in a blender.
Here we also put chopped nuts, pepper, salt. We stuff the tartlets with a mixture, sprinkle with nuts.
We cut out Christmas trees with a cheese mold (you can use a paper template). Dip each Christmas tree in mayonnaise, then in dill. Set on tartlets with cottage cheese. Sprinkle the stuffed tartlets with grated cheese.
Bon appetit!!!
