Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the ingredients according to the recipe. Pre-wash the eggs well from dirt. Choose hard cheese according to your taste. Shrimps are suitable both freshly frozen and boiled-frozen. It is most convenient to buy immediately peeled shrimp. You can make mayonnaise at home.
Step 2:
Remove the canned pineapples from the syrup and dip them with a napkin from excess liquid. Cut into small cubes. Pineapples are sold in rings and already sliced, but the slicing is quite large.
Step 3:
Cut the hard cheese into the same small cubes.
Step 4:
Take the cooked-frozen shrimp out of the freezer beforehand and defrost them in the appropriate section of the refrigerator. Set aside 8 shrimp for decoration. Cut the rest into small pieces. The recipe specifies the weight of the peeled shrimp.
Step 5:
Take dill, parsley or green onions from the greens. Rinse well and dry with a napkin. Cut into small pieces.
Step 6:
Fill the eggs with cold water and send them to a strong fire. Add a little salt. From the moment of boiling, cook for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a container with cold water and leave for 10-15 minutes. Peel off the shell. Carefully cut in half. Remove the yolk and cut it into small pieces.
Step 7:
Add chopped pineapples, hard cheese, shrimp, yolks, greens to the salad bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
Step 8:
Stuff the protein halves with the prepared salad mixture. There are 8 of them in our case.
Step 9:
If desired, put lettuce leaves on a flat dish. Spread the stuffed eggs on top. Garnish with the remaining shrimp. Eggs stuffed with shrimp and pineapple are ready.
Step 10:
Bon appetit!
It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See here interesting
recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
