    Prepare all the ingredients according to the recipe. Pre-wash the eggs well from dirt. Choose hard cheese according to your taste. Shrimps are suitable both freshly frozen and boiled-frozen. It is most convenient to buy immediately peeled shrimp. You can make mayonnaise at home.

    Remove the canned pineapples from the syrup and dip them with a napkin from excess liquid. Cut into small cubes. Pineapples are sold in rings and already sliced, but the slicing is quite large.

    Take the cooked-frozen shrimp out of the freezer beforehand and defrost them in the appropriate section of the refrigerator. Set aside 8 shrimp for decoration. Cut the rest into small pieces. The recipe specifies the weight of the peeled shrimp.

    Take dill, parsley or green onions from the greens. Rinse well and dry with a napkin. Cut into small pieces.

    Fill the eggs with cold water and send them to a strong fire. Add a little salt. From the moment of boiling, cook for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a container with cold water and leave for 10-15 minutes. Peel off the shell. Carefully cut in half. Remove the yolk and cut it into small pieces.

    Add chopped pineapples, hard cheese, shrimp, yolks, greens to the salad bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
