To begin with, cut slices of white and black bread. Next, we spread cheese on black bread, put thin slices of chopped cucumber on top.
White bread is smeared with cheese on both sides and put on top of cucumbers. Next, we spread thin slices of fish. Then, smeared with cheese on both sides, another piece of black bread. Next, we put tomatoes, also cut into thin layers. And cover everything together with a piece of white bread greased on one side (the greased side to the tomatoes).
Now we stick skewers at the same distance and cut a large multi-layered sandwich into several small ones.
