Step 1:

Sift the flour. the amount of flour may be slightly more or slightly less, depending on the flour.it took me 5 glasses and a tablespoon. the dough should not stick, but you should not overdo it with flour, add a little. extra flour makes it rubbery.
Step 7:
Roll out the dough (2-2.5mm. if it can tear thinly, too thick will not fry) and spread the filling with the expectation of then covering it with an edge and when cutting out with a glass, so that the edges stick together and it does not come out of the seams. about 1.5-2 teaspoons
Step 8:
Cover with the second half of the dough and cut out with a glass.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan (the oil should be decently 1-2 mm in height so that it overflows through the pan) fry for 1-2 minutes on one side. they fry instantly, like pancakes.
