This recipe uses black bread without yeast, it will also be delicious with grain bread. The oil should be chosen of high quality. If not homemade, then buy from a trusted manufacturer. The oil should have a high percentage of fat content.
Sprat is suitable for spicy salting. The fish should be large so that it can be easily cleaned. You can take both chicken and quail eggs. It is to taste and at will.
1. So, pour the water into a saucepan, put the eggs here, and send them to the fire. Cook the eggs for 3-4 minutes from the moment of boiling. If you cook less, the yolk will be liquid, if you cook longer, it will be steep. And we need a golden mean.
2. Boiled eggs are cooled in a container with cold water, then cleaned from the shell, cut in half.
3. We clean the sprat: remove the heads, cut the fish lengthwise, remove the spine and insides.
4. Spread slices of bread with butter. We spread the fish cut into fillets on top of the butter, then place the half of the egg.
5. My green onion, decorate a sandwich with it. Pepper to taste.
Serve on a plate, garnished with a slice of estuary if desired.
