Step-by-step preparation
Step 1:
Cream preparation products. If you really like coconut, you can add more shavings, up to 50 gr.
Step 2:
Put the butter in a porcelain bowl and melt in a water bath.
Step 3:
Break the white chocolate bar into small pieces.
Step 4:
Add chocolate to the butter and melt until smooth.
Step 5:
Remove the bowl from the water bath and add condensed milk. Stir with a spoon.
Step 6:
Add coconut chips and keep stirring in one direction. Stir until a thick, milky-white homogeneous mass is obtained. This process took me about 20 minutes.
Step 7:
Cool the finished Raffaello cream.
Step 8:
You can fill baskets, eclairs with them. You can put it in a creamer, sprinkle with grated chocolate and eat it as a dessert
