Cooking method
1. Wash chicken legs, remove excess moisture with a paper towel. Rub the hams on all sides with adjika and salt.
2. Wash the potatoes, peel, cut into large slices or in any other way - to your taste. Try not to make the potato slices too thick.
3. Peel and finely chop the garlic. You can, if desired, simply squeeze it through the press.
4. Put the chopped potatoes in a bowl, add paprika, ground black pepper, garlic, salt, and pour in vegetable oil. Mix everything well.
5. Put the potatoes in the baking bag, with the prepared hams on top of it. Tie the bag, make several punctures in it.
6. Put a bag of chicken and potatoes in the microwave. Bake at 800 watts for 16 minutes.
7. Carefully remove the finished chicken and potatoes from the bag. The dish can be served to the table, garnished with fresh herbs.
