How to make a salad beans cucumbers carrots? Prepare all ingredients.
1. Rinse the beans and soak them overnight in water. It will increase in volume approximately twice. Then boil it until tender, salting. It can be white or other beans.
You can also use canned beans. Then just open the jar and drain the liquid. And pour the beans into a salad bowl.
2. Peel the onion, wash and chop finely.
3. Preheat the frying pan, pour the oil, wait a minute until the oil warms up and pour the onion. On low heat, leave it to fry.
4. While the onion is in the pan, wash, peel the carrots and grate on a fine grater.
5. When the onion becomes sufficiently transparent, add grated carrots. Carefully distribute the onion and carrot in the pan and fry until tender for a few more minutes.
6. Meanwhile, cut the pickled cucumbers into small cubes, about the size of beans.
7. Remove the carrots and onions from the heat and add to the salad.
8. Mix everything well and add pepper and salt to taste.
And our salad is ready!
Onions with carrots will give the salad a sweet note, beans a soft dense consistency, and cucumbers will add a crispy effect, juiciness and sourness to the salad.
You can optionally fill this salad with mayonnaise. So he will become even more experienced.
I like to make a salad of fresh vegetables and add boiled legumes to it. It turns out very tasty. You can take fresh cucumbers, fresh carrots and, for example, green onions. And mix it all with boiled beans. This way more vitamins will be preserved and is suitable for the summer period, when shops abound with fresh seasonal vegetables and herbs.
Add beans to your diet. Its protein is much easier to digest than meat. It contains many vitamins and trace elements. White beans are less caloric, compared to red.
