Boiled carrots, capers, canned peppers, and other ingredients are added to the dish. This recipe also provides for the preparation of the simplest canned rice, so the salmon should be natural, without the addition of oil. Curd cheese can be replaced with natural yogurt without fillers.

1. Drain the liquid from the canned salmon, put it in a bowl, knead it with a fork. It is not necessary to knead much, the texture of the riet should not be homogeneous.

2. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon, pour it over the salmon, salt to taste, mix gently.

3. Green onions are washed under running water, dried with paper towels, cut finely, spread to the fish.
