Cooking method
1. Tomatoes are washed, dried, cut into thin slices.
2. We put the salmon out of the jar, remove the bones, disassemble the meat with our hands into small pieces.
3. Cut the avocado in half, remove the bone, separate the pulp with a spoon and cut into pieces.
4. Put tomatoes, avocado, salmon and olives in a salad bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice, pour olive oil, salt to taste, mix.
On the table, such a salad is best served in serving bowls.
