Peel and wash the carrots. Then rub it on a Korean grater, if there is no such, then three on the usual one.

Peel tomatoes, cucumber and onions, wash. Cucumber and tomatoes are cut into bars, onions are cut finely, if it is bitter, then pour boiling water over it and rinse with cold water.
Step 4:
Wash the apple, peel it from the core, cut into bars. The greens are washed with running water and finely chopped.
Step 5:
In a separate bowl, mix vegetable oil, salt, sugar, and the juice of half a lemon. If there is no lemon, you can replace it with apple cider vinegar - 1 teaspoon. Mix it up.
Step 6:
Put all the chopped ingredients in a large cup, pour a mixture of vegetable oil.
Step 7:
Mix everything well. Let the salad stand for 10 minutes. Then you can mix it again, as the vegetables will give juice.
Step 8:
The salad is ready. Spread out by portions, bon appetit!
