How to make a Cole Slow salad like in the KFS?
It's better to take a young cabbage. Carrots should be raw, fresh. Finely chop the cabbage and carrots into strips, the thinner the better. Mix with each other. For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice. Add sugar and salt to taste. Mix well. Season the carrots and cabbage with the sauce, mix and serve.
