Cooking method
Separate the whites from the yolks.
Chop the yolks with a knife or grate on a coarse grater.
Grate the whites on a medium grater.
Cut the salmon into small pieces.
Peel and peel the orange from the fibers.
Cut the pulp into cubes.
Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
Cut the olives into thin strips.
The salad is laid out in layers, so it is better to mix some ingredients separately with a small amount of mayonnaise in advance.

3rd layer: Salmon (half)
4th layer: Olives
5th layer: Salmon (remaining)
6th layer: Mix cheese with mayonnaise (a little)
7th layer: Oranges
8th layer: Proteins (remaining) with mayonnaise, a little salt and pepper.
Decorate the salad with red caviar, olives (cut into circles) and boiled quail egg.
Tighten with cling film and put in the refrigerator, let it brew for a couple of hours and serve on the table.
