Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
The main component of the salad is tomatoes. Choose ripe fruits, wash them and dry them with napkins. Put tomatoes on skewers. Before frying the kebabs, bring the tomatoes to readiness on the coals.
Step 2:
Periodically turn the tomatoes over so they don't burn. Cooking time will take quite a bit, just a few minutes. The readiness of tomatoes can be determined by the ruddy sides and cracks on the fruits.
Step 3:
At this time, prepare all the other components.Peel the garlic, wash the coriander and hot pepper and dry.
Step 4:
Chop the garlic as finely as possible, you can use a garlic press and pass the teeth through it. Cut the cilantro as finely as possible. If you don't like the pronounced taste of cilantro, then you can use either parsley or fresh basil in the salad.
Step 5:
Cut the pepper in half and remove the seeds and stalk. The amount of Chili needs to be adjusted according to your own preferences.
Step 6:
Chop the pepper very finely.
Step 7:
Remove the finished tomatoes from the grill, cool and remove the peel.
Step 8:
Put the tomatoes in a deep dish.
Step 9:
Chop the tomatoes with a sharp knife or mash with a fork in a plate. This is done without difficulty, since the finished tomatoes are soft. You can also cut tomatoes on a board, just be prepared for the fact that there may be a lot of juice.
Step 10:
Add garlic, hot pepper and chopped herbs to the plate.
Step 11:
Prepare the dressing. Mix refined sunflower oil, vinegar, sugar and salt in a small container. In the recipe I used Adyghe salt, it has spices in its composition, which made the salad even tastier. Mix the dressing thoroughly, adjust the amount of sugar, salt and vinegar to your taste. If you use tomatoes of sweet varieties, then sugar can be completely excluded.
Step 12:
Pour the dressing over the tomatoes.
Step 13:
Mix everything well and try again for salt (sugar). Let the salad brew for a while. It will be ideal if the salad is cooled in the refrigerator before serving.
Bon appetit!
