Together with garlic, you can fry pieces of hot pepper and then throw it out with garlic, but I prefer to add it fresh to the salad itself.

    Add shrimp and grated parmesan to the salad bowl. Preparing the dressing: mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil with 1 tablespoon of dark balsamic vinegar. You can also add 0.5 tsp lemon juice (optional). Mix thoroughly, add to the salad, salt and mix thoroughly again.
