Creamy Chicken Soup
A mild, tasty soup everyone will love! This chicken soup has a gentle, creamy flavor, it's very filling, and it makes a great first course for the whole family. You can serve it as a starter or even at a holiday meal — it looks lovely on the table.
Cooking method

Step 1:
Get chicken, onion, carrot, potato, cream, butter, water, and salt.

Cut the onion and carrot into small cubes, and the potato into larger ones.

Pull the meat off the bones and cut it into large pieces too.

In a pot, sauté the onion and carrot in the butter,

add the chicken and keep frying.

Pour in the water, add the potato, and simmer over low heat until the potato is done.

Add the cream to the soup and season with salt. Warm everything through and serve right away with croutons. You can add any seasonings you like — I used curry.
