Step 1:
Prepare all the ingredients for making salad. It is better to use semi-smoked or smoked sausage, Bulgarian pepper is sweet - yellow or red.
Step 2:
The salad is prepared very simply – we cut sausage, cucumbers and peeled bell peppers into strips.
Step 3:
In a bowl, mix the chopped sausage, cucumbers and pepper, add carrots in Korean, season with a tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
