Hot grog

Classic hot drink will warm you up in cold weather! Grog is a classic drink that should be served hot. To do this, choose a clay or bamboo mug (you can also use glass, the main criterion here is the thickness of the walls) so that the grog stays hot as long as possible.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 25 min

1. Boil the water, then let it cool down a little (to about 70 degrees).

2. Heat the rum in a steam bath.

3. Without removing the rum from the steam bath, pour in the cooled water.

4. Squeeze the juice out of a quarter of a lemon, add to the grog, and also add sugar.

5. Bring to full readiness and a homogeneous state in a water bath.
