Step 1:
How to make alat from tomatoes and cucumbers with sour cream? This salad is best prepared in the vegetable season, when there are a lot of local cucumbers and tomatoes. If you cook it in winter, then choose cucumbers of a small size, with pimples. Tomatoes, of course, are more tender. And when choosing vegetables and fruits, I focus on the smell: the more fragrant they are, the tastier their taste will be. In fact, now and in winter you can find good and high-quality vegetables in stores.
Step 2:
Unfortunately, my cucumber is long, but very fragrant. Wash cucumbers and tomatoes well. It is best to even use a special brush or a means for washing vegetables and fruits, because when stored in a store they are treated with something incomprehensible.
Step 3:
Cut off the cucumber's buttocks and cut into half circles. In fact, the type of cutting can be absolutely any: there can be mugs, and even cubes. This does not affect the taste in any way.
Step 4:
Cut out the stalk of tomatoes and cut them also in any way convenient for you. I have these slices.
Step 5:
Rinse the greens well and dry them. Chop it up. Lately I've been cutting greens with scissors - this is a very convenient way of slicing. It is not necessary to take dill at all, any fresh greens will do: maybe you like coriander or parsley, or maybe green onions. In this matter, focus on your preferences.
Step 6:
Put cucumbers in a bowl, add dill, salt. Also at this stage you can add your favorite spices and seasonings to the salad: if you like spicy, add garlic and ground pepper, if you prefer a sweeter taste, sprinkle with sweet paprika, you can even smoked.
Step 7:
Add chopped tomatoes, season with sour cream. Fat content is at your discretion. Of course, it is quite possible to replace sour cream with light yogurt for a more delicate taste or mayonnaise for a more satisfying option.
Step 8:
Let the salad brew for 5 minutes and serve. Enjoy your meal!
This salad is perfect as an addition to meat or fish hot.

Choose juicy but dense tomatoes. Soft fruits do not keep their shape well, in the process of slicing and cooking they will spread into a shapeless mass and spoil the appearance of the dish.
The skin, if it is not rough, not damaged and not bitter, does not need to be cut off.
