Do not reject such food right away, because the result is a delicious salad! I cook this unusual salad for myself for breakfast in a matter of minutes. I recommend taking a salad recipe for a note to all supporters of proper nutrition. Prepare a salad of herring with celery and your guests will be pleasantly surprised. Lightly salted herring is cut up and the flesh is separated from the bones. The resulting fillet is cut into small pieces. Cut the celery stalks (5 pieces) across in thin strips. Peel and core the apple, and then cut into slices. Antonov apple is perfect for this salad. Mix all the components of the salad, season with low-fat sour cream and salt to taste.
