Start your morning not only delicious, but also healthy!
1.Cut the tuna fillet into small pieces, mix with chopped herbs and season with sour cream. Add salt if necessary.
2. Cut cherry tomatoes into halves or quarters, olives into circles.
3. Put a layer of tuna in portion baking pans (or one common one), followed by a layer of tomatoes. Pour the eggs on top, add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with olives and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180C. As soon as the protein "grabs", the dish is ready!
