Cooking method
Bread for sandwiches can be used any, to taste. You can buy them at the store or cook them yourself. Hard cheese should also be chosen at your discretion. Of course, the better the product, the tastier the dish in the end. The avocado fruit should be ripe, soft. It is preferable to use a homemade egg to be sure of the quality. As for the pasta dressing, mayonnaise or yogurt will do. Dill can be taken fresh or dried, depending on the possibility.
Despite the fact that bread is not used in the recipe, the sandwiches are very satisfying and nutritious. Avocado gives freshness, cheese and egg - enriches the snack with proteins. And the loaves themselves are very useful, because they are made specifically for a healthy diet, do not contain yeast.
1. Boil the egg hard-boiled, cool in cold water. Then peel from the shell, cut into small cubes.
2. The avocado is washed under running water. Then peel and cut the flesh into small cubes.
3. Peel the garlic clove, chop the half. It can be passed through a press or grated on a fine grater.
4. Put the avocado, egg and garlic in a bowl. We fill the ingredients with mayonnaise. Add chopped dill, salt and pepper to taste.
5. Mix thoroughly. Pasta for sandwiches is ready!
6. Hard cheese is cut into thin slices.
7. We spread the cheese plates on the loaves. We distribute the resulting amount of pasta over the cheese and immediately serve the snack on the table.
