Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Remove the seeds and partitions from the pepper, cut into cubes. Finely chop the onion, parsley and mint.
Step 2:
Couscous pour 250 ml of boiling water, cover with a lid. Leave for 5 minutes. Loosen with a fork. Combine all the prepared ingredients, pour lemon juice and olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Mix it up.
Step 3:
Put on a dish, decorate with olives and tomatoes. Finita!Bon appetit!
