Step-by-step preparation
So, we start by selecting cranberries and thoroughly washing them, then drying them with a paper towel. After that, we separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat them well with a mixer with pre-prepared powdered sugar into a homogeneous mass. Now add lemon juice or vanilla to the resulting mass (at your personal choice). Now we take the prepared berries and dip them one by one into our protein-sugar mass, and then put them on parchment paper to dry. When all the berries are thoroughly dried, we put them on a dish and serve them to the table for tea. Enjoy your appetite and your loved ones!
