Cooking method
Banana is crushed into puree with a pusher or blender.
Add juice, water, vegetable oil. Knead.
Add fructose, then a pinch of salt, raisins and baking powder.
Add the sifted flour.
Knead the viscous dough. We fill the molds with about ¾ dough.
Bake for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees C.
Remove the finished lean cakes from the oven and leave to cool. Then carefully remove them from the molds.
Preparing the glaze. To do this, mix all the ingredients, put them in a water bath and cook for 7-10 minutes until thickened. The resulting transparent glaze lubricates the lean cake.
