Raspberry tincture on vodka

For everyone who loves the soft and delicate taste of homemade drinks. Ease of preparation I don't drink alcoholic beverages, but my mother always keeps raspberry tincture. On the recommendation of a doctor, I pour two tablespoons of raspberry tincture into tea in the cold season (late autumn, winter). Of course, you can use it without tea, in its pure form, or dilute it with water or juice.

Raspberries are known for their healing properties in the fight against colds. A similar effect is found in raspberries due to the content of salicylic acid in its composition, which has anti-inflammatory properties.
Of course, before using raspberry tincture for therapeutic or preventive purposes, it is recommended to consult your doctor.
The recipe, as always, is extremely simple.
Raspberry berries are sorted, washed and dried. Having folded the raspberries into a liter jar, pour it with high-quality vodka.
Then close the lid and put it in a dark cool place (closet or pantry).
After a month and a half, the tincture should be drained and poured into a bottle. It is recommended to store raspberry tincture in a dark place.
At the first signs of an approaching illness, two tablespoons are diluted in liquid and consumed at night.
