Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
To prepare the cake, we take the products according to the list.
Step 2:
Drive the eggs into a deep bowl for kneading the dough, pour one cup of sugar and beat it all very well with a broom or mixer. Sugar should completely or almost dissolve, see that there are as few characteristic grains in the mass as possible. Quench the soda in lemon juice and add to the resulting egg mass.
Step 3:
Here we pour the sifted flour, put sour cream. Stir until completely homogeneous. Then we divide our mixture into two equal parts.
Step 4:
In the first part, we report a spoonful of cocoa - we will get chocolate dough.
Step 5:
Both parts of the dough are baked in the oven with two separate cakes. It will take us about fifteen minutes each. When the cakes are baked, we take them out and cool them.
Step 6:
We prepare the cream ourselves: whisk sour cream with sugar (half a glass) until fluffy. The bottom part of the cake should be dark. We coat it well with sour cream, on which we put mugs of fresh bananas in a circle.
Step 7:
In the center we pour out fresh berries of grapes without seeds.
Step 8:
We crumble the light layer into small pieces, which we dip in cream and spread on a dark cake in the form of a slide. Actually, that's it, our delicious food is ready. It remains only to heat a chocolate bar in the microwave and draw beautiful curls with it over the entire surface of the cake. Instead of chocolate, you can use cocoa glaze.
Step 9:
Now you know how to bake a Curly-haired Boy cake - it can't be easier!
This cake, perfect in appearance and taste, is made from the simplest products that either you already have in your house or you can buy them at any time in the store. Fruits give this dessert a zest and harmonize very well with the dough and cream. I bake this not only in honor of some celebration, but also just for the weekend, when my family and I arrange family tea parties. I highly recommend this dessert!
