This purely masculine meatloaf with cheese for real connoisseurs of juicy meat offers this culinary recipe of German cuisine. This food is very high-calorie, satisfying, truly royal, because it consists of almost one meat.
Grate 100 grams of cheese on a coarse grater, and 50 grams on a fine grater. We introduce crushed garlic into the fine cheese, add mayonnaise, favorite spices and stir well.
Pork fillet is cut into such layers with a thickness of one centimeter each, salt and pepper on both sides. We put the first layer on the cutting board and coat it with a cheese-garlic mixture. Cover with a second meat layer, sprinkle with fresh herbs and cheese (just cheese, without garlic). We close the third layer. If you manage to form a roll from three meat layers, consider that you are well done (it all depends on the length and thickness of the meat). The resulting roll is wrapped in foil, leaving a little extra space for the broth. And we send the foil into the oven to bake until ready for about an hour (maybe more). Take out, remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until a golden crust forms.
