Cooking method
We start cooking:
- we defrost the squid, clean it, rinse it under running water, then send it to a saucepan with boiling water and boil them for 4 minutes. Then we remove it from the pan, throw it on a sieve, let the excess moisture drain and cut into small cubes;
- salmon fillet is also cut into small cubes;
- defrosted shrimps are generously sprinkled with lemon juice. Peel the garlic, three finely and add it to the shrimp, seasoning with black pepper on top. Marinate for 10-15 minutes;
- hard-boiled eggs, cooled in cold water, cleaned, and finely chopped;
- my tomatoes, remove the juice and seeds with a teaspoon, and cut the pulp into small cubes;
- mix everything in one bowl and season with mayonnaise;
- we put the salad in tartlets, decorate with red caviar and send it to the refrigerator to wait in the wings.
We serve the salad on the table, garnished with fresh herbs!
