Wash the bananas, wipe them dry, put them on a flat plate. Carefully cut the peel from the top, make a longitudinal cut to about half of the banana pulp. Break the chocolate into pieces, insert them into the incision - 40 grams of chocolate for each banana, nuts between the pieces of chocolate. By the way, nuts can not be added.
Put a plate of bananas in the microwave for 4-5 minutes. The time depends on the power of the microwave oven - it cannot be set in mine and I determine readiness by the fact that the chocolate has melted. The banana itself should remain whole and firm.
Take the bananas out of the microwave, serve them hot for tea. Just eat carefully - it's very tasty and very hot!
