The harvested berries should be processed immediately, because long-term storage of grapes is not recommended.
Put the grapes in an enameled container and crush the berries until puree is formed.
You can drain all the juice from the grapes using a colander or a sieve.
The resulting juice is placed in a glass container of the required size (jar or bottle), and the bottle should be filled about 2/3 of the way to leave room for fermentation.
We close the container with a water gate.
The fermentation process of wine should be carried out in a cool place (temperature about 5 degrees above zero), protected from sunlight. A basement or cellar is ideal.
After 2-3 months, the wine gives a natural sediment and is considered a completely ready-to-drink dry table wine.
If you prefer dessert wines, then the resulting wine is drained, filtering the sediment into a new container. Add sugar at the rate of 150 grams per liter of wine.
We close the bottle again and leave it for a month.
Ready-made homemade wine from blue grapes is bottled and stored in the refrigerator.
