Yeast moonshine with sugar and water

There is nothing better than homemade moonshine for a fun feast! I honestly admit that neither I nor any of my relatives have ever prepared moonshine from yeast, but the recipe is still kept in the family.

From these ingredients, according to this recipe, we will get about 9 liters of moonshine with a strength of about 70-80 degrees.
For the preparation of moonshine from yeast, first they are engaged in the production of braga. From the latter, in turn, moonshine is obtained by distillation.
Pour sugar into a suitable-sized container and fill it with water (you can use it from the tap).
As a container, it is best to use something like a barrel with a volume of about 100 liters.
It is necessary to thoroughly mix the sugar mixture with water until the sugar is completely dissolved.
When the sugar is completely dissolved, we knead the yeast and throw them into our barrel.
Top up the water to the volume we need (approximately 75% of the total volume of the container).
When the fermentation process is finally completed, the finished brew needs to be distilled to obtain the actual moonshine.
The braga is heated on fire to a temperature of about 97-98 degrees and distilled.
The moonshine obtained in this way is of poor quality and requires repeated distillation at a temperature of 80 degrees.
With secondary distillation, we get moonshine from yeast with a strength of about 75-80 degrees.
