Cooking method
A simple recipe for making homemade wine from roses is very similar to recipes for making any other wine.
All these ingredients are taken from the calculation of a three-liter jar.
Rosebuds can be used both bloomed and unopened.
We separate the rose petals, put them in a prepared jar, add sugar and citric acid there.
Fill the resulting mixture with water, leaving a little space in the jar.
Closing the jar with a lid, put it in a sunny place for fermentation, stirring occasionally.
During fermentation, the color of the wine will change.
Ready-made homemade wine from roses will acquire a pinkish-peach shade.
When the fermentation process is completed, the wine should be filtered and bottled.
The finished wine should be stored in a cool place, away from sunlight.
